The Landing
Arriving in our Apollo Motorhome wewill begin a great adventure and discovery in Australia. The species and specimens in Australia are unique to that continent. As co-pilot and passanger I will allow my designated driver, my Husband with Class 1 license, to manouver the roadways. My position as co-pilot will be to photograph, guide to locations, and seek new people, adventures and ensure a trip of a lifetime.

Whitsundays and the reef
We are about to head up to Cairns, hire a camper and head south to Airlie Beach and the Whitsunday Islands. We are planning a four day three night cruise aboard the Tall Ship Coral Trekker. While onboard we will learn to set sails on a square rigger tall ship, scuba dive, and snorkle. Perfect

I have studied the eligible win of touring Australia by Motorhome and believe a dream vacation had been created. To visit all the locations and do so at a more leisurely pace is a magnificent idea. On Stage with the Maoris
We loved New Zealand! Our two children, 8 and 10 years old respectively, did too, and as we travelled around in our little camper van, some 30 years ago, we happened upon a traditional music and dance concert presented by the Maori people of New Zealand. Respect and Dignity
As we travelled all around New Zealand, we were so impressed with how they treated the Maori aboriginal people with respect and dignity. I remember one sign on a beautiful serene beach that said, "The Maori people have generously allowed us to use this beach on their land. Please clean up after yourself." Living the Life
If I were given the opportunity I would take the journey to Australia and drive the many destinations described in travel guides. I would photograph koalas, kangaroos, baby roos, snakes, spiders, waters, marine life, people, vegetation, more people, places and things. My partner and I are 'Gunna' people, we are 'gunna' go to new Zealand just now isn't the time or we have to save so much or some other crazy excuse!

Caravanning is the way to travel
